Project Description

Micro-site and guiding online marketing media on the Mitsubishi model expansion by the Grandis DI-D. The subsequent dealer campaign micro-site »It’s Showtime« combines the launch of the Grandis DI-D with a long-term financing campaign for all Mitsubishi models. A project in co-operation with MGC Interactive.

Concept & Implementation

As the Mitsubishi Grandis is »almost too beautiful to be a van« we asked ourselves if additional senses have to be activated to »grasp« it... based on this question we developed the motto »Feel the beauty«:

The visitor to the micro-site »feels« the outline of the Grandis with the mouse. After it has been completely »felt«, the scene changes to the campaign look and the following features among others await the visitor:

  • Entry into an HTML reminder to remind the visitor of the campaign
  • Impressions and interior views of the Grandis
  • Sensual e-cards to recommend the site
The web page is advertised via content ads on special interest »car« web portals. In addition an animated teaser header on the Mitsubishi Motors home page draws attention to the micro-site:

 

Especially »lekker«

The full-screen Flash application enables the »sparkling stars« to move up to the browser’s edges (when feeling the outline) with any monitor resolution.
